pu1. If it's my first time using it, I think I'll think about between Tamron 70-300vc and Nikon 70-300vr, but I personally recommend Tamron 70-300vc. They're pretty much the same, but since Tamron is f4 and Nikon is f4.5, Tamron is brighter
