Which is more effective when you compare aerobic and anaerobic exercise to dieting?
Each person talking has a different story, so I don't know which one is right~

pu3. In theory, aerobic exercise consumes energy during exercise. Anaerobic exercise increases the basal metabolic rate and consumes more energy during the break. So it's good to do anaerobic exercise for a short time and rest well for a diet. If you want to lose weight through aerobic exercise, it's hard to exercise for a long time because it takes a long time to work out
