Is the jacket position different in foreign countries?

I bought a padded jacket from overseas direct purchase, but the location of the jack is weird.

It's usually not a right-up jack, but a left-up jack. To say it's a defective product, it's not because it's defective, but it's possible to make it like that.

Do foreigners sell it by changing the location of the jack differently?

I don't know why they make it into two types because the unit price is high.
