I feel uncomfortable, so I'm doing it again with a foam cloth, but I'm curious if I don't have to.

For cleansing oil, if there's even a little oil-like left, it's a cleansing foam! It's a watery cleansing oil and you don't have to do it if it's fresh after marching carefully
