Why is domestic delivery so slow in Ali delivery?

I'm waiting for the delivery after ordering from Ali, but it hasn't arrived yet even though it's been a week since then. I'm not sure about Ali because it's his first order, but isn't he using a domestic courier when he arrives in Korea?

I've only used iHUB for direct purchase, but iHUB operates like that.
