How do I calculate the combined tax on overseas direct purchases if I buy from another site?

I heard that the combined tax for overseas direct purchases is not the same date, what if the date is the same but the site is different?

For example, if you buy one from Amazon and one from 6pm on the same day and ship it to Korea on the same day, how do you charge the combined tax?
