Tell me the file recovery program that you accidentally deleted from the trash

I accidentally deleted it from the trash, so I think I need to use a file recovery program, but I searched a few and used them.

It doesn't work on Windows 64-bit, takes too long, or

It doesn't recover properly.

Can you recommend a good program among the recovery programs?
