Wav and flac I know they're both lossless.
I don't know the difference, but is there a difference in sound quality from an expert's point of view?

pu1. Theoretically, FLAC and other APEs are the way PCs interpret it in real time. So FLAC is compressed, but it's actually like WAV. Of course, poor PC performance will slow down the interpretation and cut off the notes, but there is no such case in computers these days. So you can just save the disk as a less-used FLAC because there's no difference between the two
