It's so hard to resist being hungry while dieting. What do you do at times like this?

pu1. It's easy to fail your diet if you're too hungry. I think it'd be good to eat more and use a way to increase the amount of exercise

pu2. You'd better change your diet. If you eat 100% vegetarian food, you can't gain weight even if you're full. Of course, if you don't eat eggs, milk, or dairy products and you're having a hard time getting hungry, this would be a good idea. If I eat like this, I can at least eat full. It's better not to eat too many fruits
