When you say you are doing IPTV or internet, which one do you recommend, SK or LG U+?

I'm using sk now that the three-year contract is over, I'm thinking about whether to keep using it or transfer to LG U+.kt because there are less freebies, expensive, and slow overseas networks these days, so I excluded it because I didn't feel the need to pay more.
