pu1. Just mixing rice with taffy oil water at room temperature does not make sikhye, but ripen it in warm taffy water at about 50 degrees for 5-6 hours, and then sweeten it for about 30 minutes. So, you mix rice with malt water in a rice cooker and let it ripen
