I've been using Windows 7 and now I'm using Windows 10, what vaccine program should I use on Windows 10?

I used a pill before, is it okay on Windows 10?

pu1. Pills are not recommended for Windows 7 or 10. The commercials keep coming up, so I recommend AhnLab vs. 3 that can turn off the commercial
