Is it possible to use the USIM on a thrifty phone in Note 8?

Note 8 I'm thinking of just buying an air meter and using it as a budget phone.

I think the budget phone carrier will be on kt or LG side.

Is it possible to use kt or LG side budget phone USIM in Note 8?

I wonder if there is a USIM limit especially for LG.
