Why do people buy iPhones at the Apple Store?

I'm looking into buying an iPhone this time. Why do people buy an iPhone at the Apple Store?

I get subsidies if I buy it from a telecommunication company, but I don't know why I buy it more expensive without a price discount.

pu1. If you buy it at Apple Store, you don't have an agreement, so you use a mobile carrier, so the communication fee itself is much cheaper
