Does cherry coke taste like Dr. Pepper grated?

Cherry Coke is not sold in Korea and is sold in the U.S., but I can't eat it in the U.S.

Dr. Pepper comes out in Korea, and this is cherry flavor, but Dr. Pepper manufacturer is Coca-Cola. Then, I was wondering if cherry coke from Coca-Cola also tastes similar.
