What do you all wear inside the rash guard?

I'm going to travel to the warm side this winter, but I'm looking into the sea, so I'm thinking of taking a rash guard. I've never worn one before. What should I wear inside?

I don't wear anything Or do I wear underwear?

Or swimsuit?

What should I wear?
