How do I calculate the tariff surcharge if I ship it directly when I buy it overseas?

I'm trying to get it by direct delivery while purchasing from overseas in the United States   It's direct delivery, so the delivery fee is over $40 so it's over $200 including the delivery fee   Less than $200 excluding the delivery fee.

I know that the 200 dollars standard is usually included in cases where shipping costs are incurred in the United States, but I don't know what happens to direct shipping in the United States.

In this case, I wonder if the tariff is exempted or if I pay more than $200.
