Do you all work out every day when you're on a diet?

In the beginning, I ran, walked, did plank, and changed this and that every day, but it's so hard to do it every day because I'm tired of it.

Do you usually exercise every day?

pu1. If you focus on weight training, you can do it two to three times a week

pu2. If it's cardio, you have to do it every day, and if it's anaerobic exercise, you can do it two to three times a week like taking a day off and one day off. If you're too lazy to work out, try anaerobic exercise
