I'm a woman in my mid-20s, and until my early 20s, I ate everything I wanted without thinking about eating. I've never exercised properly.

But I gained more than 10 kilograms in the past year. I really thought I didn't gain weight lol

I've never thought about diet, but now I'm thinking very seriously.

How do you all   diet? I heard that it's worse if you starve, so do you have any diet recommendations?

pu1. I don't think there's an answer to dieting. There are so many ways on the internet, but it depends on the person. I think you need to find a way that fits you by doing this and that

pu2. I starve no matter what. If I gain weight, I control my diet and eat again when I lose weight

pu3. Walking and running is the best. I recently lost about 5kg and ran and walked around the neighborhood for 2-3 hours a day. Instead of just eating what I wanted to eat, I didn't eat a snack separately. I have to lose it by exercising to make my body look pretty^^

pu4. Diet is 60 for eating and 40 for exercising. Eating is more important. You have to eat less. Especially, you should never eat snacks and not eat them after 6 p.m. And you have to work out with me. It's good to work out but it's hard to do it alone because I'm a woman. It's good to do gx at the gym. When a girl gets older, she really doesn't lose weight. Fighting!
