How about working out in the morning?

In the evening, it's late at night, and I work overtime and have appointments, so I don't exercise much.

So I'm thinking of doing it in the morning.  Some say it's better not to exercise in the morning, so I don't know how it is.

If you've done this before or if you know anything theoretically, please give me your opinion.

pu1. It's really tough in the morning. First of all, it was really hard to exercise all night without eating nothing
