Is there any affordable phone that can't be canceled even if you don't use it?

I've been on a working holiday for about a year, but I'm not using the phone properly, so I'm using Enxtelecom's zero plan.

I heard that this plan could be terminated if you don't use it at all I don't want it to be terminated because I'll use it again in a year.

Are there any affordable phones that cannot be used ex officio among the zero-cost phones?

pu2. I recommend Evergreen mobile among zero-rate plans. I know that Enxtellecom probably has to use it for 10 minutes or a few minutes every month, but Evergreen Mobile has no such conditions, and there's a saying that if you don't use it at all, it can be revoked, but if you don't use it at all, it can't be terminated
