Easy way to type Japanese on your computer

I sometimes use Japanese. I add a Japanese input to my keyboard, but when I don't use it, I get too lazy to use Japanese in Korean and English keys, so I turn it off again.

This makes it so uncomfortable to type, but

Is there a simple way to type only when you want to write Japanese?
