pu1. CC is a cubic centimeter (s). The volume of a cube with a width, length, and height of 1cm is 1cc.
mL is one thousandth of a liter (L), and one liter is one thousand cubic centimeters. The volume of a cube with a width, length, and height of 1000cm is 1 liter, so if you divide it by 1000, it becomes 1mL.
So, in conclusion, it is equal to 1mL = 1cc

pu2. The international standard for the volume of water is cc (cubic centimeter). And the measurement method is 1cc filled with water in a cube of 1cm x 1cm. It is 1L filled with water in a 10cm x 10cm cube. And L is the standard, and mL is just a unit that follows like a byproduct for L. Nevertheless, the reason why mL is used a lot is because it is used as a standard for close living. So, whether you use cc or mL, it shows the same amount, and you can use either one
