I can't change the resolution of my laptop

I'm using a laptop, but when I turned it on one day, the resolution is very low.

I tried to change it in a place where I changed the screen resolution, but it was fixed to 800x600 and I couldn't change it...

What should I do in this case?

Does anyone know how to do it?
