The order of applying concealer and sunscreen

In what order should I apply concealer and sunblock?

I don't know what the right answer is because opinions are divided.

Can I know the answer that has an exact scientific basis?

pu1. It's right to put on sunblock last for any cosmetics. Because if you apply other cosmetics on top of the sunscreen, it doesn't work, so it's no different from not applying it. So it's right to put on sunscreen after applying concealer
