Please recommend a medicine for acne at a pharmacy

I'm stressed out because of acne. I've been to the dermatologist, so I'm trying on cosmetics that are good for this and that, but they don't work that much. Is there any medicine sold at pharmacies that is good for treating acne? I think you'll just give it to me when you go to a pharmacy

Please recommend something good.

pu1. I recommend Talk Clear! The downside is that the medicine is strong, so if you apply it on areas that aren't pimples, it gets red. You have to apply it only to areas with pimples
