I tried to get oil paper to drink water with oil paper to catch the shiny oil on my face, but surprisingly, it doesn't absorb water well. Why is that?

pu1. In the case of water, polar substances are nonpolar substances in the case of spherical oil. In the case of non-polar materials, it sticks well to materials made of non-polar materials, but in the case of oil paper, because the material of paper is non-polar materials, it absorbs oil well
