What is the best way to share memos between computers and smartphones?

I'm writing on my computer and sending the file to my smartphone by connecting it to usb, but is there a way to automatically open it on my smartphone when I write on my computer and modify it on my smartphone?

I looked for a similar one in the past, but if you write a Naver memo, you will do so, so I put a picture on it, so it would be difficult to write a simple memo or a Naver memo.
