If it's dry and doesn't fit the oil, what kind of makeup should I apply?

I think my skin is rather dry. I have a lot of dead skin cells and wake up easily in winter.

But if you put on cream that has a lot of oil, you get pimple-like pimples right away.

So I'm worried. What kind of cosmetics should I apply?

pu1. I think there are cases like that even though it's oily, I just decided not to care

pu2. I think it'd be good to put on moisturizing cream. There's not a lot of oil, so there won't be any oil explosion of oil
