SKT. NewT's customized rate system questions

Among SKT plans, I'm thinking of changing to a customized plan between  T, not between  T, but between  NewT. Can I get a data gift for this plan?

If you look at the website, it says you can get a similar T-to-T plan as a gift. There's no talk about New T-to-T.

Does anyone know the policy?
