Please recommend the best toner

pu1. I recommend the one I use, but the name is a bit hard, so I looked it up and found out that it's called La Roche Posay Tollerian Dermo Soothing Hydrating Lotion. This is really good! There's lotion in the name, but it's a toner and it's really mild. If you have milky pimples, I recommend this!
