How much is the total amount of car tax in a year?

I'm riding Avante right now, and I know that the car tax is KRW 300,000, but I heard that it comes out twice a year.

But this is KRW 300,000 every time, so it's a total of KRW 600,000 a year? Or are you paying 1.5 million won each because it's 300,000 won a year?
