Please tell me how to eat a fast liver

If anyone has ever done intermittent fasting, I wonder how you eat when you do hepatic fasting.

When you eat, do you eat anytime for 8 hours and don't eat for 16 hours? Are you eating only at both ends for 8 hours and not eating for 16 hours?
