What happens to the texts sent from Korea if I use local U.S.S. overseas?

I'm going to Europe this time, and I'm going to use a local USIM because the USIM is cheap.

Then, what happens to the texts that come in the meantime?

All of them disappear, or if I plug in the Korean USIM later, what I've received so far comes in all at once?
