How about eating alone in Kyoto?

I'm going to travel to Kyoto, Japan by myself, but I was curious about how it would be for a woman to travel alone and eat, so are there a few places that are suitable for eating alone like Korea or is it difficult?

I was wondering what it's like because there is a saying that it's okay to eat alone in Japan.

If there is a good place to eat alone, please recommend it.
