I work out a lot and eat 600 calories a day, but why can't I lose weight?

It's been three days since I've been on a diet, and I've been working out for about two hours a day and eating 600 calories.

But even when I weighed myself, I didn't lose even 2 keys. Why isn't it losing weight?

What should I change?
