Please give me some tips on applying foundation without feeling less stuffy

I feel so stuffy when I apply foundation.

So I tried to use it, but I ended up using it as a whitening cream and sunscreen. How can I apply foundation without feeling stuffy?

Is there a big difference depending on the product?

pu1. It could be because of the foundation product. Don't use ones that have good coverage, but use ones that have moderate coverage. It's like Almani Rassil.
