Write down some good habits when you're on a diet

It's not that I'm trying to lose weight right now. I was wondering what's good if I do it consistently. I heard that I saw a lot of effects. Things like this seem more normal than the main ones. What's good if I do it consistently?

pu1. Not eating snacks... I lost a lot of weight without this
