Do you wash your face with cleansing foam after using cleansing oil?

I'm thinking of using cleansing oil because it's good for blackheads.

Some say that you only need to wipe off after cleansing oil.

There are people who need to use cleansing foam because it's uncomfortable with just cleansing oil.
