What should I do if I use my cell phone for a few days?

My foreign friend is coming to Korea for a trip, and I think I can lend him my phone because I have an air meter.

It's ambiguous because there's no USIM.

I think it'll cost too much money to open it for a few days.Don't you have to use it for at least three months these days?

Is there a good way to simply use a cell phone for a few days?
