Is it okay to use 3sim in Germany, Austria, and Czech Republic?

I'm planning to go to Germany, Austria, and the Czech Republic, but when I looked it up, I found that it could be used in all three countries because it's three times. I think everyone seems like everyone uses it a lot, is it okay?
