What are the disadvantages of traveling abroad as a package?

I'm going on a trip with my family

Last time I was preparing everything, so I was thinking of just going to the package.

I've never been to the package, so I don't know.

Do you have many disadvantages?

Would it be better to prepare personally even if it's hard?
