Is it too much for people who don't smoke in the hotel smoking room?

I'd like to make a reservation at the same hotel, but the smoking room is about tens of thousands of won cheaper. I'm going with my friend, but I don't have a friend who actually smokes, so I'm not going to smoke while I'm staying

Or is cigarette smoke coming in because the next room is also a smoking room?
