How can you go around Jeju Island if you don't rent it?

I'm going to travel to Jeju Island.

Three friends are going to go there.

I can't rent because they're all girls and don't have a license.

I think I have to go around with Ttuk. How should I go around?

Is there a tour of Jeju Island?

It's not for sightseeing. It's for citizens, but you can ride it
