Do I need to certify myself when I receive direct overseas packages?

I bought it directly from Amazon, but I applied by receiving direct delivery.

I've never received it overseas, but do you not have to receive it yourself when you buy it overseas?

Or do you have to check yourself?

This is my first time delivering directly, not by a delivery agency, so I don't know how it is.
