Why does my collarbone fall out when I'm doing lower body exercises?

I have a lot of lower body fat, so I mainly do lower body exercises.

My upper body is not that fat.

But should I call it collarbone?

I lost weight on this side, so I want to show my collarbone.

Can you do that when you exercise your lower body?
