There's a lump of white floating around on the tint. Is this okay?

It hasn't been long since I bought the tint, but when I look at it, there's a white lump floating around.

Can I use this?

Or should I exchange it?

pu1. Smell it and throw it away if it smells pungent
If it's only been a few days, exchange it
