Tell me about Etude House's All Finish Mascara Cleaner

I use Kiss Me because I use a strong mascara, but it doesn't come off easily with cleansing oil. I happened to see a mascara cleaner in Etude. It's called an all-finish mascara cleaner.

Have you used this before?
