Can thick double eyelids be thin with re-surgery?

It's been 3 months since I had double eyelid surgery, but I was told to make it thin because I wanted to make it thick, but it didn't look good on me. Is it possible to make it thin if I do it again?

Or is there only a way to make it thicker?

If you look for it, everyone has inner double eyelids and only sees re-surgery cases.
