Is there caffeine in fingerroot tea or if it's effective for dieting?

I heard fingerroot tea is good for dieting, so I'm going to drink it. I was wondering if it had caffeine in it.

I don't think I should drink a lot of caffeine even if it's good for diet.

Also, did you see the real diet effect if there's a bboo you drank?
